Tip of the Day: Drink Slushies!

New research suggests that a syrup-flavored ice slurry before a workout in hot conditions can improve endurance. Don’t mind if I do!

WARNING: Beware of debilatating brainfreeze

Quick Eats: No.7 Sub

On the property of the ACE Hotel… that’s an eggplant parm sandwich from No.7 Sub. It rules. Melted fontina, yellow squash, pickled jalapenos and…. bbq potato chips! I also tried the General Tso Tofu sandwich. Also great. Filling, fresh and just some rad new flavors that I don’t see anywhere else in the city, this is worth the trip to midtown.
